  • Where do we ship?
    DIDIER DUBOT currently offers free worldwide shipping to most countries! For a detailed list, please check out our FAQ page.

  • How long does shipping take?
    All DIDIER DUBOT  products are shipped from Seoul, South Korea. Processing time ranges from 3-12 business days and customers can expect to recieve their purchase within approximately 15 - 30 business days with standard shipping after processing.

  • How do I track my order?
    You may view how your order is being processed through the order confirmation number sent after your purchase. After processing, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with tracking number information once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Are there duties and fees?
    International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. Customers are fully responsible for all charges regarding such matters, therefore please check with your local customs office carefully.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Can I make a return?
    If, for some reason you're unhappy with your order, we accept returns on all qualifiable products, so please the FAQ page for further guidelines. We also sincerely apologize if you experience any faults with your new purchase so please contact us as soon as possible so we can aid you.

    In order for a full refund, the customer must send a notification through email (didierdubotglobal@gmail.com) and provide a photo of the product within 30 days of receipt/delivery.

  • Can I make an exchange?
    You may request for an exchange or refund in case of any discrepancies between product description and the actual product received. DIDIER DUBOT will take responsibility for any shipping fees inquired. Otherwise, exchanges are accepted, but customers are fully responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?
    Except for faulty products and notable defects at the time of delivery, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs when requesting exchange/refunds. If the products are faulty or defective, we will refund the entire cost of the order as well as reimburse the return shipping costs.
