All product must return to our Seoul Office before any refund can be made.
1. BOOK A RETURN
You can send your return request to DIDIER DUBOT with your order number, name & Product info
Or, you can arrange your own return and send us the return receipt from the delivery courier.
2. When you request a return, we will send you a return reservation and shipping charge
Once you make the payment, we will send you a “return invoice” and return label via email
3. Pack the item, secure it tightly and have arrange the courier to have it picked-up
4. Once the item has been returned safely to our Seoul Office, refund process will begin
Order cancellation, exchange and refund DIDIERDUBOT complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
To proceed with refund/exchange, we must first process order cancellation. Please note the following conditions before requesting order cancellation:
- Goods withdrawal period is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods as indicated by the delivery carrier; however, Didier Dubot records every item before it is packaged and shipped out and if there are discrepancies between the photos, refund may not be available.
- In order for a full refund, the customer must provide a photo of the product within the 7 days of receipt.
- Except for faulty products, notable defect at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost for exchanges/refund/repair.
- Any damage caused by the customer will not be applicable for 7 day exchange/return, including but not limited to water damage, heat, accidental breaking of the stones/chains/bands.
- NOTE: Some of the special offer products are not available for exchange/return, so please refer to the product details of each product before purchasing.
