Design
Signature D's collection design of 2020 is inspired by the beautiful curved lines and shade mix of Gaudi's Casa Batlló in Spain. This inspiration was reflected in the perfect balance of minimalism and organic forms in each piece of jewelry.
D alphabet has become the main character of the line, but rather than showing it directly, DIDIER DUBOT designers preferred to express the letter in a symbolic form. A huge surprise for you will become the perfect fit of each item to the body.

Shipping & Return

- DIDIER DUBOT currently ships to most countries. Please check out the whole list of countries on FAQ page.

- All orders are shipped out of South Korea, Seoul.

- Orders take 3-12 business days TO PROCESS depending on the inventory and popularity of the products. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer.

- For all international countries, your package will ARRIVE within approximately 15 - 30 business days with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with tracking number information when we hand over your package to a carrier.

 

To proceed with refund/exchange, we must first process order cancellation. Please note the following conditions before requesting order cancellation or refund:

- Goods withdrawal period is within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods as indicated by the delivery carrier; however, DIDIER DUBOT records every item before it is packaged and shipped out and if there are discrepancies between the photos, refund may not be available.

- In order for a full refund, the customer must send a notification through email (didierdubotglobal@gmail.com) and provide a photo of the product within the 10 days of receipt.

- Except for faulty products, notable defect at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost for exchanges and refund.

- NOTE: Some of the special offer products are not available for exchange/return, so please refer to the product details of each product before purchasing.
