Q - Where will my order ship from & how long will it take to arrive?
- All orders are shipped out of South Korea, Seoul.
- Orders take 3-12 business days TO PROCESS depending on the inventory and popularity of the products. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer.
- For all international countries, your package will ARRIVE within approximately 15 - 30 business days with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with tracking number information when we hand over your package to a carrier.
Q - How do I track my package?
- Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email regarding tracking number and tracking URL information.
- You can also find information on your shipment at My Account > My Orders.
Q - Why is my order being returned to Korea?
- In case of the absence of addressee or uncleared customs, packages are sent back to the sender as failed delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for wrongly typed addresses, so please double-check before you make your payment.
Q - What is your delivery method?
- In the case of international shipping, the delivery carrier differs depending on the type of product, weight (including box weight), and quantity.
- Usually we ship to global locations via EMS Korea, DHL or FEDEX.
Q - Will I receive my order confirmation?
- If you place an order at DIDIER DUBOT, you will receive your order confirmation email with order number and order summary information.
- You can also check how your order is being processed through order / shipping confirmation.
Q - I received a message that my order has been cancelled
- We apologise for the notice. Due to material stocks/availability, some orders may not be completed; our DIDIER DUBOT representative will contact you via email upon cancellation or changes in your order. Thank you kindly for your understanding.
POLICY FOR RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE
Order cancellation, exchange and refund.
Order cancellation, exchange and refund DIDIER DUBOT complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
Please note the following conditions before requesting order cancellation or refund:
♡ Goods withdrawal period is within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods as indicated by the delivery carrier; however, DIDIER DUBOT records every item before it is packaged and shipped out and if there are discrepancies between the photos, refund may not be available.
♡ In order for a full refund, the customer must send a notification through email (email@example.com) and provide a photo of the product within the 10 days of receipt.
♡ Except for faulty products, notable defect at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost for exchanges and refund. In case of faulty products, please send us the product via EMS or DHL to the following address: 342, Samseong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, 06186.
- NOTE: Some of the special offer products are not available for exchange/return, so please in case of the personal product production, jewelry can not be exchanged or returned.
If for some reason you're unhappy with your order, we accept returns on all unworn, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
♡ You can request for exchange or refund in case of any discrepancies between product description and the actual product received.
♡ Except for faulty products, notable defect at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost for exchanges and refund.
♡ In case of faulty products, please send us the product via EMS or DHL and share with our customer service the shipping receipt. We will refund the whole amount of the order together with the shipping costs.

To receive warranty service, you must present both the original warranty and the purchase record from a certified DIDIER DUBOT store. DIDIER DUBOT is not responsible for providing warranty service from outside, individual/wholesale sellers...
Warranty is available for (1) one year from the date of purchase and buyer will be responsible for shipping:
♡ (1) one year free repair service is provided for only the following: breaking of chains / discoloration / peeling off of the plating.
