Where do you ship from?
All online orders made in the global site are manufactured and shipped from Seoul, South Korea to the customer's doorstep. Didider Dubot also has stores in China that ships orders made domestically within China and Hong Kong.
What is the delivery timeline?
Processing Timeline:
The time needed to process orders take 3-12 business days from the time of purchase, depending on the inventory and popularity of the products. Didier Dubot will diligently and efficiently prepare your orders, but further delays may occur due to the status of our manufacturers.
Shipping Timeline:
For all international orders, the estimated delivery time takes approximately 15-30 business days with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with the tracking number information to monitor its progress once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. The estimated timeframe does not count unforeseen external or internal delays that may occur during the process (e.g., weather, traffic congestion, transportation disruptions, customs delays or inspections, lost or misplaced packages, etc.).
What are the duties and fees?
International Orders:
If you are ordering outside of South Korea, your purchase may be subjected to customs or import duties and tax charges once
they reach their destination country. As customs policies vary depending on your country's custom laws, please contact your local customs office if you would like to know any further details.
Please note that the payment of any duties and taxes are the full responsibility of the customer, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email regarding your tracking number and tracking URL information. Input your tracking number into the courier's site or click into the link that directly leads you to information on where your order is currently at. You can also find information about your shipment by going to "My Account > My Orders".
Can I cancel my order / change my shipping address?
Our team strives to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee any cancellation requests or alterations once processing has begun. Please note that order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after the order is placed.
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. A brand representative will guide you through the next steps.
Why is my order being returned back to Korea?
Absence of addressee or uncleared customs:
Packages will be sent back to the sender as failed delivery if the receiver is absent or if the package fails to clear customs.
Wrong/Misspelled addresses:
Didier Dubot does not take responsibility for wrongly typed addresses. To prevent this, please ensure that all address details are accurate before proceeding with your payment.
What carriers are available?
We are unable to specify the exact carrier available for each purchase as the delivery carrier varies based on factors such as product type, weight (including packaging), and quantity. However, our international orders are mostly shipped via EMS Korea, DHL, or FEDEX.
How do I view my order confirmation?
After you place an order at Didier Dubot, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and order summary information. Through the order confirmation email, you will be able to check how your order is being processed.
If no email has been received, kindly check your junk mail or spam folders. Additionally, you can contact our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page should you require any further assistance.
Why is my order being canceled?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to the availability of our material stocks, some orders may not be processed/completed. In such cases, our Didier Dubot representative will contact you via email regarding any cancellations or changes in your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Refunds, exchanges, and returns at Didier Dubot comply within all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
If for some reason you're unhappy with your order, we accept returns on all qualifiable products, so please check below for the guidelines. We also sincerely apologize if you have experienced any faults with your new purchase, so please contact us as soon as possible so we can aid you.
To qualify for a return:
- Goods must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unless they arrived already defective or faulty.
- Customers will have to provide photos of the defective or faulty products in their return request.
- Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
In order for a full refund, the customer must send a notification through email (didierdubotglobal@gmail.com) and provide a photo of the product within 30 days of receipt/delivery. Didier Dubot records every item before it is packaged and shipped out, therefore if there are discrepancies between the photos, a refund may not be available.
*Disclaimer: Some of the special offer products are not available for exchange/return, so please in case of the customized products, jewelry CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
What is the exchange policy?
To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy:
- Goods must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unless they arrived already defective or faulty.
- Customers will have to provide photos of the defective or faulty products in their return request.
- Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
In case of any discrepancies between product description and the actual product, Didier Dubot will take responsibility for any shipping fees inquired.
In case of no issue with the product, exchanges are still accepted, but customers are fully responsible for the exchange shipping fees.
How much is the return shipping fee?
If the products are faulty or defective, please send us the product via USPS or DHL to our main headquarters in South Korea (address is attached on the next question). The shipping carrier you choose can definitely affect the cost of shipping. Different carriers and others all have their own rates and pricing structures.
After shipping the product, share with our customer service the shipping receipt so that we can refund the entire cost of the order as well as reimburse the return shipping costs.
Except for faulty products or notable defects at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges and refunds.
Where do I send my return?
All international orders are handled at Didier Dubot's headquarters in South Korea. For return and exchange orders, please send the jewelry back to headquarters using the following address: 342, Samseong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, 0618.
When will I get my refund?
Please note, your return will be processed within 3 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once it is processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Warranty is available for one year from date of purchase. To receive warranty services, the customer must provide the original warranty and purchase record from DIDIER DUBOT.
Warranty includes free repair service for:
- breaking of chains
- discoloration
- peeling off of the plating for up to one year.
Warranty excludes coverage for:
- scratches during regular wear
- improper product usage or storage

Jewelry Care
How to wear your jewelry?
Didier Dubot's jewelries are made of demi-fine material that will last longer if worn right. In some cases, wearing it more often can keep its shine more, but some others might not; hence, be sure to read the material's description to best know how to wear your jewelry right.
Remove your jewelry when:
- working out, going to the sauna, doing house chores, or other activities involving excessive water use.
- applying body care with possible damaging chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sun tan lotion and deodorant.
How to store your jewelry?
Your jewelry deserves the right care and placement to keep its shine to last long.
Follow our instructions to store your jewelry in its best quality.
- After worn, wipe the surface with a soft cloth and make sure that it is completely dry before putting it back in the case.
- Always keep the jewelry in Didier Dubot's pouch individually to prevent scratches and/or damage to the chains/bands/stones/etc.
- Store them in cool, dry places, avoiding direct sunlight. Sudden heat/pressure/force could loosen the stones that are delicately held in place, and sun exposure over time can cause discoloration to certain gemstones.
- Seal silver jewelry in airtight boxes or plastic covers that can prevent oxidation and tarnish.
