4. Fill in the shipping information / order form.

1. After completing your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation via email to inform you that your order has been successfully received and will be processed.

2. During the processing stage, your order is packed nicely by our team in South Korea. Please note that the order processing time make take more than a week depending on stock availability.

3. Once your order is nicely packed, we will send the packages off via EMS or DHL shipment methods. You can keep track of your order using the tracking number sent via email. Your package may be subject to international customs and duties fees, so please check accordingly, as we are not responsible for the external charges.

If your order is already packed and shipped, you may track your order by using the tracking number until it gets to your front door.

Selecting the perfect size for your jewelry is essential for comfort and style. Find the right size using our guide and chart below.

Measure your ring:
To find the right size, use a comfortable ring that you own and measure its diameter, a straight line across the center of the circle. Match the diameter with the chart below (make sure it is in mm), and discover your size!

Measure your finger:
If you do not have a ring that fits perfectly, do not worry! Select a finger and make a ring using paper that perfectly surrounds the finger. Take the paper off your finger and measure its circumference / diameter to match the chart below.

Tips:
- Measure your finger at normal temperature at the end of the day, which is typically at its largest.
- Consider the size that also fits the design, wider rings can feel tighter.
- Measure 3 to 4 times for more accuracy.
- If your size is in between two numbers, select the bigger size number.
