- All orders are shipped out of South Korea, Seoul.
- Orders take 3-12 business days TO PROCESS depending on the inventory and popularity of the products. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer.
- For all international countries, your package will ARRIVE within approximately 15 - 30 business days with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with tracking number information when we hand over your package to a carrier.
To proceed with refund/exchange, we must first process order cancellation. Please note the following conditions before requesting order cancellation or refund:
- Goods withdrawal period is within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods as indicated by the delivery carrier; however, DIDIER DUBOT records every item before it is packaged and shipped out and if there are discrepancies between the photos, refund may not be available.
- In order for a full refund, the customer must send a notification through email (didierdubotglobal@gmail.com) and provide a photo of the product within the 10 days of receipt.
- Except for faulty products, notable defect at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost for exchanges and refund.
- NOTE: Some of the special offer products are not available for exchange/return, so please refer to the product details of each product before purchasing.
